ehe but this is the paradox , if there are not to be shot , what use is the camoflage and the weapon , surely if they have to use their weapon (which is needed since they are needed there , otherwise if they wont use it are they there to plant trees?) , then they are open target to them. and also if someone assumes blue helmets are not to be shot , then your enemy can easily get one of those to their head also...
