In The Land of the Lama

Hi All,
I'm back from the land of the Lamas, the highest desert on the planet, one of the harshest places on the planet and some of the loveliest people -- Ladakh - India.

It's been a memorable stay and I will be headed back there after a short break in the plains. In the meanwhile, I managed to come out pretty much in one piece from a neat accident at 19000 ft.... my vehicle n my cam were not so lucky...they stopped 3000 ft below....Have had to go in for a new cam n it's the Canon EOS 7D. Seems to holding its own so far...

So...enjoy Ladakh through my eyes...I hope u enjoy d view...
